Overview

For the first time the parties to a dispute can select from a variety of dispute resolvers, depending on the nature of their dispute and if any dispute resolution agreement is in place. You can choose an arbitrator, mediator, conciliator , adjudicator or expert or other dispute resolver which may be appropriate to your dispute. A detailed explanation of each of the methods of dispute resolution is set out within the dispute resolution section of this website.

As part of this online application, you will be asked to supply certain details of the dispute including
  • the parties
  • the value
  • the nature
  • the type of dispute resolver you are looking for
  • whether an agreement exists or not
  • further documentation and information

This is an online application which can be completed in a matter of minutes which will ensure the speedy appointment of whichever dispute resolver that you seek.

Administration Fee

Nomination: 3 Names are provided: € 150 plus VAT @ 21%

Appointment: &euro 350 plus VAT @ 21% (Ad Hoc Appointment)

Appointment within Schemas: Set scheme fees apply.

R.I.P. - Past Chairman's Recent Death

The Irish Branch has learned with great sadness of the death of Mr. Dermot Roughan a previous Chairman and friend of the Institute.  Mr. Roughan had many friends and colleagues who wish to send their sympathy and condolences to his wife Angela and their four children.
